Katie & James – A Beautiful Intimate Wedding at Stockport Town Hall

Katie and James had the loveliest small wedding at Stockport Town Hall, surrounded by just their closest family. It was calm, emotional, and full of love – the kind of day that reminds you what weddings are really about.

Even though they’re having a full ceremony in the Maldives later this year, they wanted to make things official at home first. And honestly, Stockport Town Hall was the perfect choice for it.

As a Stockport wedding photographer, I’ve shot here a few times, and I never get bored of that stunning marble staircase. It’s honestly one of the most beautiful spots in the whole building, and we used it for most of the photos. The light, the details, the atmosphere – it just worked perfectly with their style and the intimacy of the day.

Katie looked absolutely gorgeous, and James couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. You could feel how happy and relaxed everyone was – no stress, just love and laughs all around.
